    • Join this FREE practical skill building weekly circle. Each session provides the opportunity for strengthening personal and family resilience. Through virtual small group exercises and resilient handouts, you will examine protective patterns and practice simple, effective, research-based centering skills.   These six-week sessions provide an opportunity to learn about yourself and learn from others in a supportive environment.
