Explore the We Are Resilient™ approach from the perspective of a parent/caregiver and learn how to strengthen personal and family resilience. Through virtual small group exercises, you will learn more about what might be getting in the way of your resilience– your protective patterns and your cultural patterns. You will also practice simple, effective, research-based centering skills. These six-week sessions provide an opportunity to learn about yourself and learn from others in a supportive environment.
