Strengthen Your Personal & Professional Resilience with Coach Emily

This course is specifically designed for school and district administrators to support their personal resilience in community with other leaders. 

Emily Selim is passionate about creating a sense of belonging and social-emotional well-being in schools for both children and adults. She has brought this work to Sonoma and Mendocino Counties, as well as to numerous workshops in the state as a former county office employee. She has served in public education for over 25 years as a primary classroom teacher, site and district administrator, independent study program designer and leader, and as a charter school administrator. She discovered her resilience through health and professional challenges, and she brings her former administrator experience to this course through the sharing of her story. 

Emily is Dovetail’s new Director of Educational Partnerships and is a Certified Resilience Coach.
