Strengthen Your Personal Resilience with Coach Chuck
$95.00
This course is specifically designed for Behavioral Health, Counselors, Social Workers, and Wellness Coaches in community with their peers.
Chuck Fisher, PhD. is a co-developer of the We Are Resilient™ approach, bringing a lifetime of human development experience. He has worked with troubled teens in the wilderness, was a school counselor for 25 years, a trainer for the Heartmath Institute on Neurocardiology, the PassageWorks Institute on Engaged Teaching, and an adjunct research faculty at Sofia University. He has a lifetime of experience in mindfulness meditation, rock climbing, and martial arts, with a black belt in Aikido, a peaceful martial art. He is a “third culture kid,” having spent formative years in the Philippines and Peru, which has influenced his interest in human development from cross-cultural perspectives.
He discovered his resilience through early childhood trauma, the many knocks of life, and significant health challenges. Chuck is a keen listener and vulnerably shares his own story through the lens of life as a spiritual journey. He brings that listening to the group process to foster deep insights among participants. His essential life question is: How do we live into the beauty of who we are—the joy of accepting ourselves and others as whole human beings?
