Our We Are Resilient™ live online courses are designed to help you deepen your understanding of your resilience and develop skills to enhance your awareness of yourself and others. You will take away essential tools for living a more centered life and building stronger relationships. The concepts are helpful in both personal lives and professional settings.
Join us for this enriching journey towards greater resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful relationships. By participating in our We Are Resilient™ live online course, you will gain valuable insights and tools to enhance your personal and professional lives.
Live online courses are:
- Six (1-hour) sessions
- Conducted via Zoom
- Limited to groups of 12 individuals
- Highly participatory, including group discussion and 1/1 breakout sessions.
We Are Resilient Intro Course–Strengthen Your Personal Resilience
In this course, you will actively engage with the core practices while learning the concepts of the We Are Resilient™ approach. The interactive and participatory nature of the live online course ensures a transformative learning experience, where personal stories and shared experiences play a key role in fostering growth and connection. The course includes light reading and reflection activities to cement the concepts. Once the initial course is completed, participants can advance to courses examining Relationship Resilience and Connecting Skills, Group Resilience and Collaborating Skills, and more exploration of Cultural Patterns.
You will:
- Begin to notice what might getting in your way—Your Protective Patterns and Cultural Patterns—in yourself and others
- Strengthen three Resilient Mindsets
- Learn six practical research-based Centering Skills

The adult Mental Health First Aid course is appropriate for anyone 18 years and older who wants to learn how to help a person who may be experiencing a mental health-related crisis or problem. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions. The Virtual MHFA training consists of two sessions – a 2-hour online self-paced session, followed by a 5.5-hour instructor-led training. In this interactive online course, participants embark on a unique journey of personal exploration through shared stories and real-life experiences. Coach Kristie draws from the We Are Resilient approach and her own journey through challenges like co-parenting and personal loss. Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders in youth.
