Who It’s For

You Don’t Need “Coach” in Your Job Title

This certification is for people who help others navigate stress, change, growth, relationships, or everyday challenges—and want practical ways to do that work with greater awareness, intention, and connection.

You may see yourself in more than one of these roles. That’s common.

Care & Support

People Who Care for Others

You may support students, patients, families, colleagues, clients, or community members—and often find yourself being the person others turn to when things feel difficult.

This may fit you if you want to: stay grounded while supporting others and build skills that strengthen both care and connection.

Coaching & Facilitation

Coaches, Facilitators & Consultants

You already help people reflect, grow, solve problems, or move toward meaningful goals and want practical tools that deepen the work you are already doing.

This may fit you if you want to: add a shared resilience framework, practical skills, and reflective practices to your existing approach.

Leadership & Teams

Leaders & Team Builders

You are responsible for helping people work through pressure, conflict, change, communication challenges, or the everyday realities of working together.

This may fit you if you want to: strengthen trust, accountability, communication, and culture without reducing resilience to individual self-care.

Community & Impact

Community Builders & Changemakers

You are working toward stronger relationships, healthier communities, or meaningful social change and know that sustainable change depends on how people relate and respond.

This may fit you if you want to: bring shared language and practical resilience skills into groups, organizations, and communities.

Recognize yourself in any of these?

Certification gives you space to deepen your own practice first, then learn how to help others explore the We Are Resilient™ framework with curiosity, choice, and courage.

From a Certified Coach

Learning That Becomes Practice

Certification is designed to be more than learning about resilience. You experience the framework yourself, practice with others, and build confidence using it in the settings and relationships that matter to you.

Cost & Access

Let’s Find a Path That Works

As a nonprofit, we want certification to be financially accessible while also sustaining the people and resources that make the program possible. We offer several ways to participate.

Full Tuition

$3,000

Pay the full cost of certification and help Dovetail sustain the program while expanding access for other participants.

A good fit if: the full tuition is within your personal or professional development budget.

Skill Exchange

Let’s Talk

In some circumstances, we may be able to explore an exchange in which you contribute useful professional skills or support to Dovetail Learning.

A good fit if: financial cost is a significant barrier and you have skills that may meet a current Dovetail need.
Don’t rule yourself out because of cost.

If certification feels like the right fit but the finances don’t, talk with us. We can help you understand the options and determine what may be possible.

Bring Resilience Into Practice

This Is How Resilient Communities Are Built

One person pauses instead of reacting. Someone else feels heard. A team finds language for what is happening and a more intentional way forward.

Those moments may feel small, but practiced over time, they shape relationships, teams, organizations, and communities.

You can help create more of those moments.

We Are Resilient™ Coach Certification gives you a framework, practical skills, and guided practice to deepen your own resilience and help others build theirs—with curiosity, choice, and courage.

Fall 2026 open cohort now forming. Individual participants and organizational cohorts are welcome.
