We Are Resilient™ live online courses help you navigate challenges, deepen your understanding of resilience, and enhance your awareness of yourself and others. You will take away essential tools for living a more centered life and improve your relationships—useful in your personal life and professional settings. 

Join us for this enriching journey towards greater resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful relationships.

Live online courses are:

  • Six (1-hour) sessions
  • Conducted via Zoom
  • Limited to 12
  • Engaging, with group discussion and breakouts

We Are Resilient Introductory Course–Strengthen Your Personal Resilience

In this live online course, you will boost your personal resilience by learning how to integrate the We Are Resilient™ approach into your life. Through engaging interactions, where personal stories and shared experiences foster growth and connection, this transformative learning experience will improve your wellbeing. Light reading and reflection activities cement the concepts.

You will: 

  • Begin to notice what might getting in your way—your Protective Patterns and Cultural Patterns—in yourself and others
  • Strengthen three Resilient Mindsets
  • Learn six practical research-based Centering Skills

After the initial course, you can continue to the advance courses examining Relationship Resilience and Connecting Skills; Group Resilience and Collaborating Skills; and more exploration of Cultural Patterns.

Live Online Course–Strengthen Your Personal Resilience with Coach Kristie

In this interactive online course, participants embark on a unique journey of personal growth through shared stories and real-life experiences. Coach Kristie draws on the We Are Resilient™ approach and her own experiences with challenges such as co-parenting and personal loss. She fosters a supportive space for open reflection, helping participants uncover insights into their own patterns, recognize those in others, and build empathy and compassion.

Through this collaborative experience, you’ll gain powerful tools for resilience, foster meaningful connections, and renew your capacity to navigate life’s complexities.

Each course runs for six weeks and meets once a week for one hour. Choose the start date and time that works best for you—each session offers a different time of day!

Self-Paced Courses

We Are Resilient™ self-paced courses help you navigate challenges, deepen your understanding of resilience, and develop skills to enhance your awareness of yourself and others. You will gain essential tools to live a more centered life, strengthen your emotional immune system, and improve your core relationships— useful in both personal and professional settings. 

Participants who complete the full course will receive a certificate of completion. For an additional fee, it can be submitted to Courses4Teachers to receive 1 continuing education unit from the University of the Pacific.

After the initial course, you can continue to the advance courses examining Relationship Resilience and Connecting Skills; Group Resilience and Collaborating Skills; and more exploration of Cultural Patterns. You can combine live courses with self-paced courses.
