Resilience and Mindfulness Support Group
If you have completed a We Are Resilient™ Personal and Professional Resilience Circle, this ongoing support group provides a caring and supportive environment to continue to strengthen your resilience and deepen your understanding of yourself and how you interact with others. Led by Coach Di and Mindfulness Master Liz, this circle meets every other week over the course of twelve weeks. We incorporate mindfulness teachings and practices into each session. You will have the opportunity to both learn from and support others on the journey to a more resilient life.
