Distrusting

Distrusting is a type of Protective Pattern. Learn how Protective Patterns work in our life.

What does Distrusting look like?

Others:

  • When we are distrusting, we are cautious of others and don’t feel safe with them.
  • We feel like we cannot count on them.
  • We may be overly critical of them.

Ourself:

Distrusting is also about not trusting ourselves

  • When we have self-doubt, think we’re not smart enough, believe we can’t do something, or can’t do it correctly.
  • We may be very critical of ourselves.
