Guided by a certified coach, you’ll practice skills, engage in meaningful discussions, and learn alongside others on the same journey.

Course format:

  • Six live sessions (1 hour each)
  • Conducted via Zoom
  • Limited to 12 participants for personal attention
  • Includes group discussions and breakout activities
